Gay Ottawa Volleyball returns for another season.

Monday night recreational games begin on September 8th. Fees will remain at $3 per night, or $30 per semester or $60 for a whole season.

Trials for Wednesday night competitive season begin on September 10th. Fees to be announced shortly.

Again this year, GOV will be marching in the 2008 edition of the Ottawa Pride Parade. GOV needs volunteers help march in the parade. Come out on August 24th to show your support for gay volleyball in Ottawa. The parade starts at 1:00 p.m. Please send a reply to GOV to help with the parade by marching, walking, participating in the float, handing out pamphlets, or in whatever capacity you can.

Ottawa's gay and lesbian community theatre, Toto Too, is staging their next theatrical production, "Memoirs of a Single White Gay Male", from July 16th to 19th.

Outdoor Recreationnal Volleyball starts on Monday May 26, 2008.

GOV members, volunteers, friends and partners are invited to the annual GOV end-of-season party. This year's party will be held on Saturday, June 21st, starting at 4:00 p.m. This celebration is free for GOV members and volunteers, and $10 for guests.

Wednesday night competitive volleyball is cancelled the week of April 23rd so that players can attend A Taste For Life.

The 17th annual GOV tournament was a terrific success and featured one of the best banquet shows in years. The response has been fantastic, and the whole show and tournament was recorded to DVD.
