Summer Outdoor Volleyball

Summer volleyball is back!

From June to September, join GOV players at Strathcona Park located at 25 Range Road corner Laurier Avenue (Ottawa) . Larry will meet you at 6:30 pm in the middle of the Park on Range Road. This activity is free! Come and play.

Volleyball will be cancelled if it rains.

Regular Season

During the regular season, for the recreational division, just show up on Monday night.

For the competitive league, show up for at Wednesday night games at the start of season for try-outs and ask to speak to a team captain or a member of the executive. Alternatively, you may also send an e-mail.

Regular Season Team Fees (Sept - May)

There are fees to cover the cost of equipment, gym rental, and social activities such as our Christmas party, end-of-season party, and other events. For Monday you can pay per night, per semester or for the full season.

These are the fees for the 2007-2008 season. Fees for the 2008-2009 season will be determined in September.

Recreational (Monday nights):

• one night drop-in: $3.00
• one semester (Sept - Dec): $30.00
• the season (Sept - May): $60.00

Competitive (Wednesday nights)

$525.00 per team for the season (October to May)

GOV plays in the gymnasium of École élémentaire catholique Vision-Jeunesse (the Vision-Jeunesse Catholic Elementary School) at 235 McArthur Road, Ottawa.
